Series Rough Pitch – The Balkan Way#3

Fejlesztési fázisban lévő TV-sorozat projekteket várunk a Kreatív Európa Irodák által szervezett Series Rough Pitch – The Balkan Way eseményre a következő országokból: Albánia, Bosznia-Hercegovina, Bulgária, Horvátország, Görögország, Magyarország, Montenegró, Észak-Macedónia, Szerbia, Szlovénia.

Jelentkezési határidő: 2023. szeptember 29. 17:00

A pitch eseményre max. 8 projekt kerül be.

Az online pitch eseményt megelőzően a jelentkezőknek részt kell venniük pitch előkészítő workshopon, amelyeket Valeria Richter és Helene Granqvist vezetnek majd. A résztvevőknek ezt követően meghatározott határidőig rögzíteniük kell a videó pitcheket, amelyeket október 30-án vetítünk a zsűrinek. Minden projekt bemutatása után élő kérdezz-felelek következik majd az alkotókkal.

A zsűri 4000 euró fejlesztési támogatást ítél oda a legjobb projektnek.

Az esemény az alábbi országok Kreatív Európa MEDIA irodáinak szervezésében valósul meg: Bulgária, Horvátország, Görögország, Magyarország, Montenegró, Szerbia, támogató partnereink pedig a következők: Croatian Audiovisual Centre, Bulgarian National Film Centre, Film Centre of Montenegro, Film Centre Serbia.

A jelentkezés és a részvétel ingyenes.

Az esemény programja és a jelentkezéshez szükséges anyagok (angol nyelven):

• Preparation - Write a 5-min pitch draft script
• 18^th & 20^th October - Group sessions: 9.30 - 12.30 / 13.30 – approx. 18.30
• 23^rd October - 1:1 sessions (tbc) + individual work: 9.30 - 12.30 / 13.30 - 17.30
• Prepare and upload a 5-min video pitch by October 25^that 12.00 noon. 
• 24^th October - Group feedback sessions: 9.30 - 12.30 / 13.30 - 15.30
• In between these dates - Individual work rewriting & rehearsing pitches
• Monday October 27th - Final pitch videos of max 5 min. are to be delivered to the organiser by 13.00.
• The pitch presentation takes place online on Monday October 30th at 12.00 - 14.30 (tbc). As the video pitches will be recorded and delivered prior to the event, all participants must attend and be available to answer questions from the jury.
• It is not possible to participate in the pitch event without participating in the workshop.

Applicants are to provide the following materials:

• Logline + Season Synopsis (max 1½ page + contact information ½ page**)
• Moodboard (max 2 pages)
• Motivation letter (max 1 page - why this series? why you and now? vision for the series project as creator)
• CV incl. short 5-line bio text (max 1 page) 

- these 4 documents are to be collected in one word document of max 6 pages.

• A portrait photo (max 2 MB, attached separately to the email)
• ** Please include contact information incl. details of the series:
  • number + length of episodes, format, genre, language(s), status of project (stage of financing/development) + any co-producers, at top of the word document.
